The data controller is KPS Agency, SAS, 59 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France (SIRET 10290972800010), acting under the AkoraWeb brand. Contact: contact@akoraweb.com.

Quote and contact requests: name, email address, phone number and company (optional), project details. Purpose: answering your request and preparing a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

LinkedIn profile redesign brief: identity, email, LinkedIn profile URL and the answers you provide. Purpose: carrying out the requested service. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures.

Newsletter: email address. Purpose: sending our newsletter (at most once a month). Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Audience measurement: Google Analytics is only activated if you accept “analytics” cookies in the cookie banner. Legal basis: consent.

Your data is accessible only to the KPS Agency and AkoraWeb teams handling your request, including the production team in Madagascar. Quote requests are forwarded to KPS Agency's internal platform for follow-up.

Technical processors: Vercel (website hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email notifications), Google (Analytics, after consent). Your data is never sold or rented.

Some processors are based in the United States, and the production team works from Madagascar. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the processor is certified.

Quote and contact requests: 3 years from the last contact if no contract is signed; for the duration of the contract and the legal limitation periods if a project is carried out.

Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Cookie choices: 13 months.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@akoraweb.com or contact@kps-agency.com.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr) or the authority of your country (for example the Commission d'accès à l'information in Québec).
